・ハートキャッチプリキュアとは、東堂いづみによる原作の日本の変身ヒロインアニメで、およびそれを原作にした漫画やゲームなどの派生作品です。物語は、希望ヶ花市に引っ越してきた中学2年生の花咲つぼみが、こころの大樹の妖精シプレと出会い、プリキュアに変身して砂漠の使徒と戦うというものです。
ハートキャッチプリキュアは、2010年から2011年までテレビ朝日系列でアニメが放送されました。その後、劇場版やスピンオフ作品も制作されました。アニメは海外でも多くの国や地域で放送され、世界的な人気を得ています。
「花咲つぼみは内気で消極的な女の子です。勉強は得意ですが、友達は少なくて自分に自信がありません。新しい街に引っ越してきたとき、夢の中で見たこころの大樹が枯れていく光景を目撃します。そこで出会ったシプレという妖精から、プリキュアになる資格があると言われます。
つぼみは最初はプリキュアになることを断りますが、砂漠の使徒という悪者たちが人間のこころの花を奪っていくのを見て、人々の心を守るためにプリキュアに変身することを決意します。キュアブロッサムとなったつぼみは、花や自然の力を使って戦います。
つぼみはクラスメイトの来海えりかや生徒会長の明堂院いつきもプリキュアに誘います。えりかはコフレという妖精と一緒にキュアマリンに変身し、水や海の力を使って戦います。いつきはポプリという妖精と一緒にキュアサンシャインに変身し、太陽や月の力を使って戦います。
4人は砂漠の使徒の幹部であるサソリーナやクモジャキーなどと戦いながら、もう一人のプリキュアであるキュアムーンライトと出会います。彼女は月影ゆりという高校生で、かつて砂漠の使徒と戦って敗れた過去があります。彼女も月や星の力を使って戦います。
砂漠の使徒はサバーク博士が率いる組織で、世界中の心を枯らして砂漠化させようと企んでいます。しかしサバーク博士は実はゆりの父親であり、砂漠の使徒の真の黒幕はデューンという存在でした。デューンはこころの大樹を破壊しようとしますが、プリキュアたちはそれを阻止するために立ち上がります。
ハートキャッチプリキュアは、つぼみたちがプリキュアとして成長していくとともに、人間の心の大切さや自分らしさを見つけていくお話です。つぼみはプリキュアになってから自信を持ち、友達や家族との絆を深めていきます。プリキュアは花やファッションが好きで、おしゃれな衣装やアクセサリーを身につけています。」
・Heartcatch Precure! is a Japanese magical girl anime based on the original work by Izumi Todo, and it has also spawned derivative works such as manga and games. The story follows Tsubomi Hanasaki, a second-year middle school student who moves to the city of Kaoruko, where she meets a fairy named Chypre, a fairy of the Great Tree of Hearts. Tsubomi transforms into a Precure and fights against the Desert Apostles.
"Heartcatch Precure!" aired as an anime on TV Asahi from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, theatrical films and spin-off works were also produced. The anime has been broadcast in many countries and regions overseas, gaining worldwide popularity.
"Tsubomi Hanasaki is a shy and introverted girl. She is good at studying but lacks confidence and has few friends. When she moves to a new town, she witnesses in her dreams the scene of the withering Great Tree of Hearts. Chypre, a fairy she encounters there, tells her that she has the qualifications to become a Precure.
At first, Tsubomi refuses to become a Precure, but after witnessing the Desert Apostles, villains who steal human hearts, she decides to transform into a Precure to protect people's hearts. As Cure Blossom, Tsubomi fights using the power of flowers and nature.
Tsubomi invites her classmate Erika Kurumi and the student council president Itsuki Myoudouin to become Precure as well. Erika transforms into Cure Marine with the fairy Coffret and fights using the power of water and the sea. Itsuki transforms into Cure Sunshine with the fairy Potpourri and fights using the power of the sun and the moon.
The four of them encounter Cure Moonlight, the other Precure, while battling against the Desert Apostles' executives, such as Sasorina and Kumojacky. Cure Moonlight is Yuri Tsukikage, a high school student who was defeated by the Desert Apostles in the past. She also fights using the power of the moon and the stars.
The Desert Apostles are an organization led by Professor Sabaku, aiming to wither hearts worldwide and turn them into deserts. However, it is revealed that Professor Sabaku is actually Yuri's father, and the true mastermind behind the Desert Apostles is an entity called Dune. Dune attempts to destroy the Great Tree of Hearts, but the Precure rise up to stop it.
"Heartcatch Precure!" tells a story of growth as Tsubomi and her friends mature as Precure, discovering the importance of human hearts and embracing their true selves. Tsubomi gains confidence after becoming a Precure and deepens her bonds with friends and family. The Precure love flowers and fashion, adorning themselves with stylish costumes and accessories."
